I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the center of San Cristóbal de las Casas, making it very convenient to explore. The room was clean and offered a nice view, although it lacked a balcony which would have made it even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money, just with a few areas needing enhancement.
